ph3Workshop Supervisor /h3 pThe Workshop Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operation of all mechanical equipment on the Yard. This includes engines, generators, compressors, pumps, hydraulic systems, and other related machinery. The Workshop Supervisor ensures the Yard systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. The Supervisor also provides technical support for projects upon request. /p h3Role and Responsibilities /h3 ul liConduct routine and preventative maintenance, diagnose and repair mechanical failures, and ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition. /li liMaintain the Planned Maintenance Software (PMS) updated. /li liPlace all necessary material requests and follow up. /li liEnsure continuous operation. /li liDiagnose complex mechanical problems and implement effective solutions to minimise downtime. /li liManage the stock of spare parts, tools, and equipment, ensuring adequate supplies are available for maintenance and repair. /li liMaintain safety security standards for machinery, equipment, and infrastructure. /li liEnsure that maintenance teams respect good HSE practices and clean their work areas at the end of each shift. /li liExemplary use of mandatory PPE (Safety Shoes, Gloves, Coverall + Red Helmet). /li liExemplary HSE behaviour and educational attitude towards all users of the site. /li liReady to intervene in the event of an emergency. /li liPrepare maintenance reports, work orders, and other necessary documentation. /li /ul h3Experience, Skills And Qualifications /h3 ul liOrganisational Time-Management skills. /li liGood communication, interpersonal leadership skills. /li liProblem‑solving skills. /li liAbility to lead manage a team. /li liAbility to train, advise supervise others in their maintenance duties. /li liKnowledge of relevant systems. /li liGood English proficiency (International environment). /li liChief Engineer or relevant experience in Offshore / Marine / Oil Gas Maintenance. /li liProficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). /li liProficiency in Planned Maintenance Software Systems (PMS). /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
