Job description
- Ensure safety and quality standards are strictly maintained on-site during all construction and outfitting phases.
- Act as the primary point of contact for electromechanical engineering queries and ensure alignment between site activities and the engineering team.
- Manage technical ownership of outfitting issues on-site and escalate major concerns to the construction management team.
- Lead quality control topics, including the follow-up of non-conformities and the implementation of quality processes.
- Coordinate and participate in on-site inspections and review technical documentation submitted by contractors.
- Maintain internal systems for inspection reporting to facilitate clear communication between the site team and external partners.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team including inspectors, outfitting engineers, and design specialists.
Profile
- You have a Bachelor or Master in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering.
- You bring 1+ years of relevant working experience in a technical or industrial environment.
- You have experience managing multiple disciplines on a construction site.
- You possess a VCA VOL/SCC certificate for supervisors.
- You have excellent MS Office skills for structured reporting and data management.
- You're a quick learner with a proactive, structured approach and a strong safety and quality mindset.
- You are fluent in English.
Nice to Haves
- Experience in the offshore sector or with topside outfitting.
- Experience with Quality Control or Quality Assurance on construction sites.
- Knowledge of Aconex and proficiency in Dutch.
