Identify and recommend improvements for integrating delivered systems into ship designs. /li liPrepare essential technical documents such as system descriptions, installation procedures, and acceptance test protocols. /li liVerify technical performance through dynamic simulations, equipment inspections, and Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs). /li liProvide technical support during on-site installations, Harbour Acceptance Tests (HATs), and Sea Acceptance Tests (SATs) as needed. /li liCultivate strong working relationships with suppliers and customers. /li liParticipate in design reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards. /li liBachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. /li liSeveral years of experience in the maritime/naval industry or mechanical system design. /li liStrong knowledge of marine systems and equipment. /li liExperience in marine equipment coordination and maintenance. /li liExperience managing complex projects involving suppliers, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liExcellent communication and teamwork abilities. /li liAbility to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. /li liFluent in English (Dutch or German proficiency is a plus). /li liMust be a permanent EU citizen. /li liAt least 25 days of paid holidays with an additional 13 days available. /li liCompensation for commuting costs. /li li30% tax ruling for the first five years (if applicable). /li liLanguage course compensation for up to €500. /li liAssistance with relocation, advice for housing, and general support to help you get started. /li liYearly social events. /li liInvitations to attend industry events and conventions such as METSTRADE, SMM, Offshore Energy. /li /ol h3About the Client /h3 pOur client is a global shipbuilding brand that merges tradition with modern technology.
