ppIn this position, you act as a key link between engineering activities and the digital tools that support them. You will convert technical and organizational needs into clear functional requirements, ensure smooth operation of the Cadmatic Hull environment, and support users across multiple engineering departments. /ph3bMain Tasks /b /h3ulliInterpret engineering requests and translate them into functional descriptions for further application development. /liliCollaborate with internal teams to investigate issues and determine appropriate resolutions. /liliDesign, refine, and implement processes and features within the application landscape. /liliMaintain professional contact with software partners, suppliers, and external experts. /liliOversee and coordinate data and system interfaces connected to Cadmatic Hull. /liliHandle user administration, ensuring correct access rights and permissions. /liliConfigure project environments and initial setups for new assignments within Cadmatic Hull. /liliManage structured data such as catalogs, libraries, specifications, and other project-related configurations. /liliSupport the organization of user training in cooperation with the Engineering Support Manager. /liliProvide day-to-day functional assistance to PLM/CAD users working with Cadmatic Hull. /liliCreate and maintain training documentation, user guides, tips, and other application-related materials. /li /ulh3bCandidate Profile /b /h3pWe are looking for someone who offers the following: /pulliA completed Bachelor's degree in engineering or demonstrable experience in a related technical field, ideally shipbuilding. /liliStrong familiarity with the Cadmatic software platform. /liliUnderstanding of PLM concepts; experience in functional application support is considered beneficial. /liliExcellent English communication skills; Dutch language skills are a plus. /liliAbility to work on-site at both Vlissingen and Schiedam locations in the Netherlands. /liliStrong professional references, as security vetting is part of the hiring process. /liliFull and exclusive citizenship of an EU country, with a valid EU passport.
