The following tasks will be part of your responsibilities:
Analyze in tight collaboration with end-users (and other stakeholders) their business needs and translate these into software change requests
Continuously follow up/investigate business processes in order to keep optimizing these
Do business modelling and functional analysis
Interact with development teams to ease their understanding of new requirements
Test new software developments and train users
Provide helpdesk support for new software developments
Train users on new software
Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation
Travel when needed to other sites and roll out new software implementations
Act as project manager on new start ups:Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actionsPrepare material for and deliver presentations to projectsCoach/guide change management processes
Keep track of innovations which can be used to optimize our business processes
Profiel
You hold a Master’s degree in Applied Economics, Information Management or equivalent through experience
You have excellent working knowledge of English (written and spoken)
You have a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
You have knowledge and experience of tools/systems/processes related to the role (BPMN, Scrum,…)
You are able to manage your work independently and coordinate priorities with your stakeholders to achieve the desired result
You are flexible and like to work in a very dynamic environment
You have a growing interest/affinity in innovation and new technologies
You have a driving license B
