Are you an experienced leader in shipbuilding production and ready for an exciting international challenge? As a Site Manager, you will oversee the execution of high-quality naval ship manufacturing in Colombia, ensuring production meets scope, budget, and timelines. You will lead a skilled site team and manage shipyard operations while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
What you will do:
- Lead and manage the site support team to ensure smooth shipyard operations
- Oversee naval ship manufacturing, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and timeline requirements
- Develop and implement manufacturing plans and monitor progress
- Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and facilities, for ongoing projects
- Support and advise stakeholders on operational planning and execution
- Establish local policies and procedures for effective production processes
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, requirements, and specifications
- Plan and manage human resources to build and maintain a high-performing team
- Represent the company in professional networks and client interactions

What you already have:
- 3+ years of experience in shipbuilding production, operations, or related fields.
- BSc. or MSc. degree in Maritime Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a relevant technical field
- Knowledge of production methods, planning techniques, and engineering principles in shipbuilding
- Fluency in Spanish and strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in Vlissingen (Netherlands) and travel frequently to Colombia.
- Security clearance is required
- EU citizenship and passport (required due to security and compliance regulations)
